Students and staff at St Catherine's have been emptying wardrobes and cleaning out clutter to raise money for school funds.

After seeing the enthusiasm and generosity of staff and students here at St Catherine's, it was fantastic to witness first hand how the money was spent and how it benefited the people I met in Romania. Most of the £500 we raised was spent on donations for the orphanages and adult institutions to spend on basic requirements such as food.

St Catherine's looks set to reach dizzying new heights in its exam results this year.Before Year 11s have even left to sit their external exams 90% of them have already achieved 5 or more A*-Cs through taking exams early.
